The Durango Best Western Mountain Shadows is located one mile from downtown Durango and eighteen miles from La Plata County Airport. During ski season the hotel sells discounted lift tickets and operates a complimentary shuttle to the Durango Mountain Resort. The Mountain Shadows Hotel features an indoor pool and Jacuzzi with waterfall enclosed by a transparent geodesic dome. Guests are offered a complimentary continental breakfast each morning.
