Georgetown Colorado - Boating

Dillon Reservoir a short drive west of town is the largest nearby boat destination. To the north of Georgetown are Grand Lake and four major reservoirs, all accessible to boaters.



Dillon Reservoir Lake Size:  5 square miles   
Dillon Reservoir provides 27 miles of shoreline for recreation activities. Boating on this scenic lake is highly popular, with dramatic views of the Gore, Williams Fork and Ten Mile mountain ranges on all sides.

Grand Lake/Shadow Mountain Lake Lake Size:  11.3 square miles   
Grand Lake is a major destination for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Surrounded by spectacular mountain views, the three lakes here are popular vacation spots.
