Description

Troy Built is a spur trail to the Kokapelli Trail system that connects Grand Junction and Moab. Named after its builder, the Troy Built Trail features fantastic singletrack, steep climbs and technical trail features.

Troy Built is a loop and can be ridden in either direction, though clockwise is the recommended way. Troy Built is well signed so navigation is not much of a problem here. The climbing takes place mostly on dirt road and the downhill is all singletrack. Views to the Colorado River and surrounding desert country are quite good from Troy Built and this ride can be incorporated into a longer combination of area trails.

Some places are famous. Others are vast. Page, Arizona is your doorway to both — and the Center of the Grand Circle of National Parks. Begin with the icons that earned the world’s attention: Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, and Antelope Canyon. Then stay longer. From here, guided journeys into Navajo Nation reveal landscapes shaped by culture and story. Rainbow Bridge rises from the canyon floor. Vermilion Cliffs glow at sunset. Buckskin Gulch winds for miles. Grand Staircase-Escalante unfolds to the north, while Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon lie within reach. Page itself is intentionally small. What surrounds it is anything but. Choose guided adventure or quiet exploration. Seek luxury or solitude. Return each evening to comfortable lodging, thoughtful dining, local shops, breweries, and golf with unforgettable views. This is not just a stop along the way. It is the place to begin — at the Center of the Grand Circle of National Parks.
