Roaring Creek Trail

The steepest part of the trail is at the beginning as it climbs out of the Poudre Canyon. From there it follows the Roaring Creek up until it intersects with the Bald Mountain jeep trail.

Location: 60 miles west of Fort Collins
Setting: Mountainous
Length: 10 mile roundtrip
Elevation: 2,100 feet
Trailhead Elevation: 7,800 feet
Time to Allow: 5 to 6 hours

From Fort Collins take Highway 14 west approximately 50 miles.

The trailhead is on the right side of the road.
