Michaud Lane

Michaud Lane Trail is good trail selection for intermediate to advanced level mountain bikers looking for a technical workout. Located not far from the town of Ft. Collins, Michaud Lane is very rocky with technical climbing and difficult, loose descents.

Typically ridden counter clockwise to ease the flow of traffic on the trail, Michaud Lane can be linked with other trails in the area to create a longer ride. Many riders choose to access this ride by biking from town.

In addition, riders should be aware that there is a good amount of cactus off the sides of the Michaud Lane trail and should be prepared for the consequences of wrecking into it.
