Denver Colorado - Biking

There are more than 450 miles of paved bike paths in the Denver metropolitan area, some through city parks or historic parts of town. Bikers will also find many trails open to them in the Front Range west of Denver.

This road rises nearly half a vertical mile from the town of Golden to the Visitor Center at Golden Gate Canyon State Park. The route is paved but includes steep grades.
