Beaver Creek Resort

Beaver Creek Resort offers visitors to the area a chance to explore its terrain by bike with a tour guide or by self-guided tour.

Beaver Creek Resort offers guided tours, which allow riders to use chairlifts instead of climbing up by bike. Beaver Creek offers group tours on select days of the week and private tours daily. On one of Beaver Creek’s tours riders are guided along beginner and intermediate level trails.

Riders can also choose to ride Beaver Creek Resort on their own. The resort has strict rules about mountain biking on the area’s trails. Many trails are not open to biking so riders should take note. In addition, speed and conduct rules also apply.

 Some More Things to Know

For purchase tour packages are required for riding the lifts at Beaver Creek. Mountain bikes are available for rent on site. Riders not utilizing the lifts should be aware of which trails are closed to biking. Beaver Creek Resort is high elevation and can experience sudden weather shifts, so riders should bring appropriate warm layers in anticipation of this. In addition, riders are wise to be prepared with a stocked repair kit and first aid kit.

From Vail take I-70 West to the Avon Exit/Exit 167. Follow signs to Beaver Creek Resort.
