Sabaku Sushi is a one of a kind restaurant in the small tourist town of Moab, Utah. It is the concept of two American sushi chefs that want to utilize fresh, regional, and more responsible products and combine them with an enticing presentation and unbeatable service. Our motivation is natural, seasonal and healthy foods in a fun atmosphere where locals and tourists alike can mingle and enjoy new food, friends and experiences. We seek to fuse Asian and Southwest flavors with a healthy emphasis. At Sabaku, we are serving not only sushi, but raw foods, vegetarian selections, unique small plates, and excellent service.
