Fall River Village offers new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom resort condos that sleep up to 7, have modern and rustic charm. Riverside and mountain views are available. It is only a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops and to enjoy the quaint town of Estes Park and all of the town’s activities. Performance Park amphitheater is just a 2-minute walk to hear the live music presented all summer. And perhaps best of all, it is only a 4-mile drive to Rocky Mountain National Park from our west end of town location, allowing you to avoid the downtown Estes Park traffic. Condo amenities include: full size appliances in the kitchen, fireplaces, washer/dryer in unit, balcony or patio, wifi and smart HD TVs in every room. We have an outdoor community pool, hot tub, fire pits, propane grill and lawn games onsite.
