We are an exclusive Estes Park, Colorado bed and breakfast offering modern, comfortable, reasonably priced suites that are convenient to downtown Estes Park in a private and quiet setting. Our amenities include cable TV in both suites with VCR on request, hot tub with barbecue and picnic area, gourmet breakfasts southern style and wildlife viewing year round. Our accommodations include either of two king size bedroom suites with a private bath (one with an extra sitting/sleeping room) and choice of king size or twin bedroom. All rooms include in-room cable TV, gourmet breakfasts each morning, hot tub and picnic area access, and most anything else old fashioned southern hospitality can provide to make your visit an enjoyable one. Summer rates for two persons, all inclusive, vary from $150.00 to $175.00, plus tax. Call for winter rates.

Grand Lake connects with Shadow Mountain Lake via a canal, and just down the road is Lake Granby, the second largest body of water in Colorado.
