Description

The Abbett Placer Inn is a restored 1900 tri-level Victorian home ideally located in the heart of Breckenridge. We blend the traditional warmth and hospitality of a family visit with the excitement you would expect to find in a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Beautiful family collectibles and crafts decorate our main family room which is equipped with a big screen TV, VCR and Franklin fireplace. The more formal music room also has a Franklin fireplace and offers a quiet place to relax. Outside decks overlook Breckenridge's Main Street and the ski area.

All of our guest rooms are individually decorated and have private baths. We also offer a dormitory style bedroom with bath. To make your visit as comfortable as possible, we have irons and ironing board, hair dryers, hot rollers and sewing kits available for your use.

Your winter vacation will begin with a hearty breakfast served elegantly on our family china. (We can accommodate special diets with prior arrangement). After your day of adventure, join us for an afternoon snack and unwind in our hot tub.

Later, the night life of Breckenridge is open to you, or stay in and relax, watch TV, play a game or put together a puzzle.

Free transportation (trolley and shuttle bus) to Breckenridge Peaks 8, 9 and 10, as well as to other Summit County resorts, stop within 1/2 block of our door. Reservations for transportation from Denver International Airport or Eagle County Airport can be made through the Inn. We also have plenty of parking for our guests who drive to our home.
