Trinidad State Park

Nestled in the foothills of southern Colorado, Trinidad Lake State Park offers boating, fishing, hiking and modern camping year- round. A mild climate and 800 surface acres of water ideal for numerous water sports are the centerpiece of the park. Anglers catch rainbow and brown trout, largemouth bass, channel catfish, walleye, crappie and bluegill. The lake is also popular for water skiing and windsurfing. Other attractions include self-guided nature hikes and great wildlife watching opportunities.
