Overland Trail Museum

This museum is dedicated to a branch of the Oregon Trail that followed the South Platte River through northeast Colorado, featuring artifacts and recreations of the pioneer lifestyle.

Location: Just east of Sterling
Hours: April to October: 9am to 5pm (Sunday 1pm to 5pm)
November to March: 10am to 4pm, closed Sunday & Monday
