Yampa River Legacy State Park/Elkhead Reservoir

Yampa River Legacy State Park includes a number of protected sites in the Yampa Valley west of Steamboat Springs. Elkhead Reservoir near Craig is open to flat-water sports, and eight public access sites along the Yampa River are popular with campers and anglers.
