The Wheeler House is a restored classic motel offering peaceful overnight lodging one block off the busy roadway in historic Manitou Springs, Colorado. We are located on the north side of the valley with a full view to the south and west of the foothills of Pikes Peak. In addition to our 180 degree mountain view we sit atop a little hill overlooking downtown Manitou Spring's unique restaurants, shopping district, and Soda Springs Park.

We are the last motel before you get to pikes peak cog railway and only minutes from numerous attractions. Our rooms range from accommodating one in a more traditional style setting to a family of six in a two bedroom unit. All our units have private bath, outside entrances and equipped kitchens. Our windows open and there is a fan in every unit. Frequently early morning songbirds can be heard in the distance.

We have a center courtyard with BBQ grills, picnic tables, and sitting benches. Two pay phones are accessible 24 hours a day by the office there are no in room phones. Staff will be happy to make attraction and restaurant reservations for you. Protected from the roadway view is an outdoor heated pool ranging from three to nine feet deep. The pool is surrounded by a beautifully sculptured deck with lounge chairs and umbrella tables with mountain views from any location in or out of the pool.
