The Peck House

Located in the small town of Empire, Colorado, The Peck House is perfectly situated as the gateway to the Rockies. The atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful. No television or telephones are in the rooms. A Jacuzzi is available instead to help the guests unwind. The signature restaurant of the owner chef is considered one of the finest in Colorado with an extensive menu of beef, seafood, game and historic dishes as well as nightly chefs creations.
