Powderhorn Resort

Powderhorn Resort Powderhorn is a small ski area on the northwest slope of Grand Mesa, the largest flattop mountain in the world. One of the only ski areas in west central Colorado, Powderhorn offers two main lifts to a series of mostly intermediate runs, with a few expert and beginner runs as well. The backcountry tree skiing here is relaxing and rewarding, and Powderhorn is often much less crowded than the larger resorts to the east.
