Peaks Mountain Biking Trail

The Peaks Trail connects Frisco and Breckenridge in a scenic route along the Ten Mile Range, passing through woods with the occasional breathtaking view of the central Rockies. After a steady climb from Frisco, the majority of the route is almost level. There are several alternative return routes available from either city.

Intermediate
Aerobic Difficulty: Moderate
Length: 32 mile round-trip
Elevation: 936 feet
Time to Allow: 3 to 4 hours
Season: Summer to Fall


 Directions to Trailhead

From Frisco, head south on CO Hwy 9. Turn south on Miner's Creek Road and look for the bike path parking area. From Breckenridge, the trail begins at a dirt road north of the Peak 8 Lift at Breckenridge Ski Area.
