Kingston Peak

The Kingston Peak trail departs from St. Mary's Glacier near the tiny town of Alice. Climbing through some steep forested terrain, the road eventually pops out above treeline and crosses some alpine tundra with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The route down the north side of the peak is a little more difficult but just as pretty.
