John Martin Reservoir offers camping, boating and fishing with sun-baked beaches surrounded by sagebrush, yucca and tamarack trees. Lake Hasty, located below the dam, provides plentiful shade with cottonwood trees and lush grasses, as well as additional fishing opportunities. Wildlife sightings are common.
