Howelsen Hill Ski Area

Howelsen Hill is a training area for Olympic athletes, and its fine natural ski jumps bring athletes of all ages and levels of experiences to its slopes in northern Colorado. More Olympians have trained here than at any other ski area.

Cross-country trails, night skiing, and some downhill runs are also available at Howelsen, the oldest ski area in Colorado. A few miles away is Steamboat Ski Resort, a larger and more traditional ski resort.
