This is a short and easy loop trail, with a number of connecting trails that can turn it into a longer, more difficult ride. The main route circles through picturesque meadows around a wildlife preserve in the Front Range foothills.

From Denver, head west on I-70 and take Exit 252. Travel south on CO Hwy 74 to the Elk Meadow Open Space parking lot on the right, just south of Bergen Park.
