ATV Information
ATV Information

Some of the best off-roading in the state can be found less than an hour's drive north on US 550. The Silverton-Ouray region is criss-crossed with dozens of off-road trails at all difficulty levels.

La Plata Canyon
Beautiful La Plata Canyon was originally formed hundreds-of-thousands of years ago by magnificent, towering glaciers. Today, La Plata can be found a mere 20 minutes north of Durango on Highway 550. Numerous rivers, falls and cascades snake along the off road trails, and an abundance of wildlife is viewable at almost every turn and gully.

Million Dollar Highway
The awe-inspiring San Juan Mountains offer many peaks, ridges and seemingly endless areas of off road terrain to explore. Whether you visit to discover the thrills of magnificent Grizzly Peak, or come to take in the beauty of Molas Lake, the area has something for everyone.
