Bulwark Ridge

The trail climbs steeply to the north following the boundary of the Comanche Peak Wilderness. The views from Signal Mountain are stunning.

Location: 25 miles west of Loveland
Setting: Mountainous

Elevation: 2,200 feet
Trailhead Elevation: 8,100 feet

 Directions to Trailhead

Follow Highway 34 west from Loveland.

At Drake turn right on County Road 43 and travel 6 miles to the Dunraven Road.

Follow this road three miles to the Dunraven trailhead.

Park here and walk up the road a short distance.

The trailhead will be on your right.
