Breckenridge Ski Resort - Nearby Destinations



Breckenridge Population: 2700
  Breckenridge is a busy mountain town in the Central Rockies, surrounded by some of Colorado's best-known ski areas. The Breckenridge slopes attract skiers and snowboarders from around the country, and several other ski areas are less than an hour's drive away. Year-round events make Breckenridge a lively place to visit at any time!
     
Frisco-Dillon Population: 2500
  Frisco-Dillon is a skinny metro area along I-70 high in the Rockies. Surrounded by ski areas, the region is a paradise for mountain sports enthusiasts. The large Dillon Reservoir nearby, and the abundance of shopping outlets and other amenities, makes the Frisco-Dillon region a great destination at any time of year.
     
Georgetown Population: 1000
  Georgetown is a scenic little town nestled in a mountain valley west of Denver. Though only a mile from the interstate, the distance means Georgetown is less crowded than the neighboring resort towns. Old mining trails and a ride on a restored narrow-gauge railroad are among the attractions in the Georgetown area.
