Nestled in the history of Manitou Springs, our Queen Ann style Victorian home, built in 1886, offers seven recently renovated large guest rooms all with private baths, most with claw foot tub/shower. Family heirlooms with an updated decor add flare to the charm and distinction of the Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast.

 

Secured wireless internet, cable TV, refrigerators and bottled water provided, computer room and guest phone. Hot tub, mountain views and barbeque all are available on the back patio garden. A two unit Carriage house with fully equipped kitchens are available for extended stay, for families, weddings or reunions.

 

The Avenue Hotel is a great starting point for your adventure in Pikes Peak region, just 4 miles west of Colorado Springs. Located in the historic district of downtown Manitou Springs, restaurants, shops and art galleries are in walking distance. Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Red Rocks parks, Cave of the Winds or the Pikes Peak Highway are within minutes. With hiking, biking, fishing, rafting, horseback riding or golf the area has fun for everyone.

 

In 1984 the Gray's established it as Manitou's first Bed and Breakfast. Innkeepers Gwenn and Randy as well as the inn animals welcome all our guests and look forward to hosting you as our guests and sharing our historic inn. Namaste.

Basic Directions
From Colorado Springs, exit Interstate 25 at Highway 24 (Cimarron Street exit) and travel northwest towards Manitou Springs for about 5 miles. Exit at Manitou Ave and head west into town.
