The Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests cover an area of 1.3 million acres, acres that consist of hills and mountains both . . . and some of these mountains rise up 14,000 feet. You can mountain bike and rock climb here, as well as walk through the trees. And as it is so immense, the terrain can change dramatically between different sections of the forest.
