Agnes Vaille Trail No. 1443

The trail ends at Agnes Vaille Falls, a small waterfall that cascades from a rocky shelf below Mt. Princeton (14,197 feet). The trail is short and considered relatively easy for most hikers.

 Some More Things to Know

Interpretive signs detailing the history of the falls and nearby attractions are located along the trail.

Hikers should avoid climbing on unstable rock near the base of the falls.

Visitors can enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Antero (14,269 feet) by looking south from the trail.

A camera is a must for this hike!!





 Directions to Trailhead

From Nathrop, (Highway 285), travel west on County Road 162 from approximately 6 miles.

The trailhead is located on the north side of CR 162 just across from Chalk Lake campground.
